Delivery Charges

**Non-UK orders - please note VAT & Import Duty/fees may apply** 

Vat & Import Duty/Fees may apply to most orders entering any country outside the UK, we are not responsible for any VAT & Import Duty/Fees, please be aware of this when  placing orders to be delivered outside of the UK

We try to get all orders out as soon as possible but please allow 7 working days for dispatch (may take longer for orders outside UK depending on local postal services). For UK as standard orders will be sent Royal Mail 2nd class. If you would prefer an alternative service feel free to get in touch and we can arrange that. 

UK: £3.50 for orders up to £39 free for orders over £39 (Orders sent with Free Shipping are sent Untracked)

We also offer 1st class and a tracked service. For some orders we may use a courier but for most we will use Royal Mail.

There is a special £1.99 rate available for orders just containing greeting cards that will get automatically offered at checkout. (Greeting Cards Postage is Untracked)

Rest of the world: price available at checkout (varies by country)

*Due to recent increases in the cost of shipping internationally we have now set one flat rate and will refund any excess paid*

All applicable Duty & Taxes will need to be paid before orders are delivered.

Tracked options may be available in addition.

Royal Mail has recently put up their prices for international orders quite considerably and unfortunately we have had to follow suit. Our prices are generally slightly lower than it costs to make things more reasonably priced.

Returns & Refunds

We always hope that everyone is going to love their items but if for any reason you wish to return anything simply post it back to us within 12 months in its original packaging with your name and order number and we are happy to refund you for the goods

***Shipping charges will not be refunded as these are paid by us at the time of shipping & we will not be reimbursed for that***


First of all we are so sorry something didn't arrive intact. If you can email with some pictures of the damage and we'll sort out a refund or replacement as soon as possible. In some circumstances we may need for damaged items to be returned if that is the case we will cover the postal costs and arrange for the collection.
